Easy Stencils for Home Decor. Stencils for home use, can change the look of any room. I love designing art that can the be translated into stencils. I realized my love of this process when my sister and I had our business Double Arrow Designs, the story can be read here. We made original designs that we then applied to textiles for upholstery projects, and I later used additional ones for Pillow projects.

I design everything right on the computer and once I like my final design I bring it over into my Silhouette software and cut a stencil using contact paper on my Cameo Silhouette Machine. I then lay my stencil on my textile and use a stencil brush and Jacquard fabric paint (this brand comes in many pretty colors!) to fill it it.
